In 1993, in the basement of their Bellingham home, David Ebenal and his wife Bonnie re-established the business originally started by David Ebenal's father in the mid -1970 s. Ebenal Special Projects Inc. and Ebenal Homebuilders, LLC have completed many high-profile public and private projects, including the Squalicum Harbor Coast Guard Station, the Whatcom Museum for History& Art, the restored Waldron Building, Bellingham International Airport and numerous other commercial-grade, residential, educational, mixed-use and non-profit properties. The Ebenal Group's completed projects total between $40 and $70 million per year and the group is licensed and bonded up to $40 million .
Since its reincorporation, the Ebenal Group has expanded to include a full-service team of decorator/ builders, estimators, job managers, overseers and discipline crew.
