Hi r/Construction, looking to get some insight on managing subcontractors on jobs. What methods of job site arrival and installation confirmation does your company follow or demand from their subs. We seem to have an issue with Subcontractors confirming jobs a week prior but not showing up for said installation the day of and it seems to have caused an uproar of headaches in the office. Any info will help! Thanks.
